THE HEAT!!!

Dwyane Wade #3

This is the type of game that I wished I had time to watch ,but sadly I had to miss it :(.

The defeading champions started off the season playing verse the Boston Celtics. When these two teams play its always a must watch game because theres no doubt about it that its going to be a really good game but in the end the Heat most of the time usually find a way to win.

Dwyane Wade finshed the game with 29 points and Lebron James finished the game with 26 points ,but he ended up leaving the game because he had leg cramps in his left leg. The Boston Celtics top scores were Paul Pierce with 23 points, Rondo finished with 20 points. That wasnt enough though the Celtics couldnt handle the  Heats 5 Star All-star team which consist of  Dwyane Wade, Lebron James, Ray Allen, Chris Bosh, Rashard Lewis now that is a team that I would not want to play against because if they get on fire you might as well pack up your bags and go home.

When lebron left the game because of his cramps the Celtics started to catch up but they just couldnt seal the deal. The end score was Boston Celtics- 107 Miami Heat- 120

The Lakers

Dwight Howard

The Lakers drop in a 0-2 hole early in the season. This is not what everyone expected of them because they have tons of talent on the team now ,but they just cant seem to work together as a team. I think that if they actually pass the ball around ,and get all there all-stars involved in the game then they might actually have a chance to make it far this year.

On October 31,12 The Lakers went face to face with the Portland Trail Blazers. Even with Dwight Howard scoring 33 points and their "MVP" Kobe Bryant scoring 30 points they just could not surpass the Trail Blazers who was lead by N. Batum 26 Pts, 6 Reb, 1 Ast, 3 Stl, 1 Blk.

Oh! and to make things worse late in the first quarter Steve Nast the Lakers Verteran point guard ended up colliding into lillard ,and poor old Steve Nash ended up limping his way back to the locker room. He came back later on in the second quarter ,but he was struggling so they just took him out in the 3rd quarter for the rest of the game.

The ending score was Lakers- 106 Trail Blazers- 116

Im  glad that I didn't waste my time to watch this low scoring game.

Well San Francisco beat the Seattle SeaHawks in what some of us might call a horrible scoring  NFl game. 13 to 6 tisk tisk.

The Top Performers for this pitiful game were
Passing: A. Smith (SF) - 140 YDS, 1 TD, 1 INT
Rushing: F. Gore (SF) - 16 CAR, 131 YDS
Receiving: F. Gore (SF) - 5 REC, 51 YDS

Usually stats like these aren't even close to being on the top performers list ,but I guess thats what happens when two teams with the same skill level play verse each other.

Seahawks 6

(4-3, 1-3 away)

49ers 13

(5-2), 3-1 home
I wished I watched this game because I don't like the Ravens and I would have loved to have watched this game.

This was a very exciting game for the Texans ,but not so exciting for the Ravens becuase the Ravens lost 43 to 13 and that's just about as good as it get's right there :P.

The top performers for the day were
Passing: M. Schaub (HOU) - 256 YDS, 2 TD
Rushing: A. Foster (HOU) - 19 CAR, 98 YDS, 2 TD
Receiving: A. Johnson (HOU) - 9 REC, 86 YDS

Houstons offensive did an outstanding job against the Ravens defense im pretty positive that this is the Ravens biggest lose of the year.

Well as a Yankees fan I didn't really want to do a blog on this ,but I needed more blogs :P.

On October 18th the New York Yankees played vs the Detroit Tigers in Detroit this was a critical game for the Yankees because they were down in the series 3 to 0. After the 4th inning when Detroit was winning 6 to 0 I started watching another tv show just like all of us do when you know that your team is about to lose the ALCS championship.

The New York Yankees ended losing the game 8 to 1 vs the Detroit Tigers. Oh and the Tigers swept the Yankees in the ALCS 4-0.

Green Bay Packers vs St. Louis Rams

This sunday the Green Bay Packers played the St. Loius  Rams ,and even though it was at the Rams home field there was alot of Packer fans at there because its only about a 8 to 9 hour drive to get there.

The rams defense was no match for the Green Bay Packers offensive as you can see by looking at the top performers they couldn't stop the packers receivers. The rushing was alright ,but it could have been better.

Top Performers
Passing: A. Rodgers (GB) - 342 YDS, 3 TD
Rushing: S. Jackson (STL) - 12 CAR, 57 YDS, 1 TD
Receiving: J. Nelson (GB) - 8 REC, 122 YDS, 1 TD

If I was actually into football ,and a hardcore football fan this game would have been really exciting to watch because the score was really close at the end of the game ,but the  packers won 30 to 20.

These are the 1972 undefeated Miami dolphins they are the only guys in football history to have a perfect 17-0 season. They broke many records like being the first team to have  two running backs to gain 1,000 plus rushing yards in a season. Another record they broke was averaging 200+ rushing yards every game. They lead the season first in offense and in defense. The other teams only score 171pts combined.

Super Bowl VII is the lowest scoring super bowl game ever both sides only scored a combination of 21 points and it was the longest period of time that one team was shut out the redskins did not score until 2:07 left in the fourth quarter.

The top three performs for the dolphins in the super bowl VII. The QB stats were 88 passing yards, 1 TD, 1 interception. The running back stats were 15 carries for a  total of 112 yards and 0 TDS. The best receiver stats were  3 Rec for 36 yards, and 0 TDS.
